Your use of certain areas or features of the Web Site may be subject to additional or separate terms and conditions, which will be posted or otherwise made available to you in connection with such area or feature. The Site is owned and operated by The Business of Spine, LLC ("The Business of Spine" or "we" or "us" or "our" or other similar pronouns). We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Site. Your continued access or use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been any changes to these Terms and Conditions. BY ACCESSING, USING, BROWSING, OR REGISTERING FOR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE, IF ANY, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions, your authorization to access or use this Site or the products and/or services offered through it, if any, may be terminated without notice by The Business of Spine.

The Business of Spine will attempt to keep its information current, but there may be a lag in updating information on the Site. The Business of Spine will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
- Certain services may only be made available to users who have paid The Business of Spine a fee for such services. Such users may additionally be required to enter into a separate agreement for a particular service. If you are required to establish an account in connection with a particular service, you must complete the designated registration process for such service, if any. All required registration information that you provide must be current, complete and accurate and kept up to date on a prompt, timely basis. The Business of Spine reserves the right to accept or reject, in its sole and absolute discretion, any application for registration for any or no reason.
- The Business of Spine may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time in The Business of Spine' sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.
- Trademarks.
The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Web Site or on content available through the Web Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of ours and others and may not be used unless authorized by the trademark owner. All Trademarks not owned by us that appear on the Web Site or on or through the Web Site's services, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Web Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Web Site without our express written permission or that of the third party rights holder. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site is strictly prohibited. The Business of Spine will aggressively enforce its Trademark rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. - User Information.
In the course of your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personalized information to us (such information referred to hereinafter as "User Information"). Our information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such User Information are set forth in the Site's Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. You further agree that you may not attempt (or encourage or support anyone else's attempt) to engage in any of the foregoing prohibited activities or to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, disassemble, decompile or otherwise alter or interfere with the Site or the Site's services, or any content thereof, or make unauthorized use thereof. You agree that you will not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. - The Site may contain chat areas, bulletin board services, forums, chat rooms and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (each, a ÒMessage BoardÓ and collectively, "Message Boards"), you agree to use the Message Boards only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Message Boards. - The Business of Spine has no obligation to monitor any Message Board. However, The Business of Spine reserves the right to review materials posted to a Message Board and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Business of Spine reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Message Boards at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
- You should not give out any personally identifying information about yourself in any Message Board. The Business of Spine does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Message Board and, therefore, The Business of Spine specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Message Boards and any actions resulting from your participation in any Message Board. Users of Message Boards are not authorized The Business of Spine spokespersons and their views do not necessarily reflect those of The Business of Spine.
- Materials uploaded to a Message Board may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download such materials.
- Right to Monitor and Editorial Control.
The Business of Spine reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review all information and materials posted to the Web Site or through the Web Site's services or features by users, and The Business of Spine is not responsible for any such information and materials posted by users. The Business of Spine reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with The Business of Spine in the defense of such claim. - Orders for Products and Services.
We may make certain products and services available for purchase through the Web Site. You may only order products or services if you are 18 years old or older. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to The Business of Spine.
